Shetland Museum and Archives
Shetland Museum and Archives is the hub for any visitor looking to explore Shetland's rich heritage and culture. The collection of artefacts, images and audio recordings spans the last 6000 years from Shetland's geological beginnings through to the oil boom of the 1970's.
The Museum and Archives gift shop is popular with visitors and offers a wide range of handmade Shetland crafts, jewellery and a vast collection of Shetland literature on all subjects from Picts and Vikings to Ponies and folklore. Products are chosen in line with Shetland Amenity Trust's core approach to ensure quality, value and appreciation of our heritage.
The Shetland Museum and Archive collection includes a range of products available from our gift shop. If you can't find what you are looking for, please call us on 01595 741562 or visit our shop in the foyer of the building.
